Your Role

As a Senior Backend Developer at Centercom, you will help design and build robust solutions that digitize and streamline our clients' business and operational processes. You will also often be involved in developing entirely new digital services.

We work in small teams where your colleagues are mainly other senior developers, system architects, project managers, and UX/UI specialists. Our assignments are often carried out together in teams where we collectively take responsibility for the architecture, quality, and further development of the solutions.

Depending on the assignment and interest, you can work with everything from integration platforms and backend architecture to the development of new digital services and systems.

About You

We believe you are creative, structured, and solution-oriented and enjoy using new technology to streamline processes and create value in various operations.

You have worked with modern backend platforms and integration solutions and have a good understanding of scalable architecture, cloud environments, and modern development flows.

You likely have an education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent at the university level and at least 5–10 years of qualified experience in software development.

We would like you to have an active interest in how AI-based tools can be used to support software development, for example for code generation, analysis, testing, and documentation, and that you use them in a thoughtful way to streamline the development process and improve the quality of deliveries.

You have good experience with several of the following methods, environments, tools, and platforms: VS, .NET, Web API, C#, TDD, SQL Server, Service Bus, cloud environments (Azure or AWS), Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Domain Driven Design, and message-based architecture.

It is advantageous if you have experience in any of the following areas:

• Modern system architecture for web solutions in cloud environments
• Security and encryption
• Software testing
• CMS such as Optimizely/Episerver (including Commerce) or Contentful
• Kubernetes

You should be able to speak and write good Swedish and English.
